DESCRIPTION:The 2014 North Americans for RS:X. RS:One and Techno 293 classes will be hosted in Cancun\, Quintana Roo state\, Mexico\, from 20th to 23rd February. Organised by the Mexican Windsurfing Association\, from Puerto Cancun Marina\, this championship makes a welcome return to Mexico\, where windsurfing has been developing steadily since the last visit in 2011. \nThe event has extra significance for the RS:X and T293 classes as it is a qualifier for nations in two major Games: \n\nFor RS:X entries nations will be able to qualify for the 2015 Pan-American Games to be held in Toronto.\nFor T293 entries nations will be able to qualify for the 2014 Youth Olympic Games to be held in Nanjing\, China\n\nNOR
